Holiday Inn Express & Suites Pensacola West I-10, an IHG Hotel

Breakfast was a joke, I stay at Holiday Inn other places and their breakfast are great. We went the first day at 9:30 on weekend, out of most things. I asked if she was going to bring out more she said no. Not even bread for toast. The biscuits were hard, my eggs and sausage was cold. I asked her if she could put it in microwave, she said I guess. So the next morning we went at 8:30, had to wait on eggs, and sausage to cook, so had oatmeal while we waited. When she brought the eggs that were folded with cheese in the middle the cheese was cold. I asked her if they don't have the cinnamon rolls anymore she said I don't know if we have any we are out of a lot of stuff because we had so many here this morning. So when we left Monday we just went to buy a breakfast. When I pay for a room this much I expect breakfast. I could understand once but 2 days in a row.

The bed was very comfortable! Was convenient and nice area

I like how clean and roomy the room was. I staff was very friendly as well.

The hotel is easy to find ! Nice place close to restaurants. Clean place recommended to everyone.
